There is no other movement that can compare to the historic Indian freedom struggle in terms of scale, diversity, duration and values upheld. It demonstrated the tenacity and iron-will of a nation determined to thwart the colonial tyranny. Mahatma Gandhi united different sectors and ideologies, for one cause to liberate motherland from foreign invasion.
In connection with the Independence Day, the Department of Electronics, MES College Marampally is hostinga freedom contest to look back and revisit the glorious chapters of the freedom struggle. We invite entries from students of Professional Colleges, Arts and Science Colleges, Polytechnics and University Departments. Two teams consisting of two members each can participate from an institution. Preliminary round will be in online mode on 14 August 2023 and the final will be held on 17 August 2023 at MES College Marampally. Team members are requested to report at MES College Marampally by 9.30 am with institutional ID Card. Come, let's all together make the event a grand success.

GENERAL RULES
- Quiz will be based on "Indian Independence".
- An institution can send a maximum of two teams consisting of two members each.
- Age of participants is limited to 25 years and participants should bring any valid age proof recognized by the Government.
- Preliminary round will be held in Online mode on 14 August 2023 and the final will be held at MES College Marampally on 17 August 2023.
- Team members should bring their institution ID proof should report at MES College Marampally by 9:30 am.
- The use of mobile phones and other internet connectivity gadgets are strictly not encouraged.
- Quiz master's decision is final
