About the College St.Mary’s college the pioneer first grade College for women in the District, conferred Autonomous status by UGC and affiliated to the University of Calicut is situated in the heart of Thrissur, the cultural capital of Kerala. Right from its establishment in 1946, St Mary’s College has been striving hard to achieve its vision of ensuring holistic development of young women from diverse socio economic backgrounds. College has moulded the lives of many, now serving in different walks of life and is in the process of creating many more. Time to time the College has embarked on innovative programmes and strategies to make students excel not only in academics but also ensure greater achievements in extracurricular spheres.
