Department Of Management Studies, Christ College (Autonomous), Irinjalakuda  presents 'VIHAAN 23' on 18-19 August 2023. VIHAAN 23 will showcase the managerial skills of some of the best names among Departments of Management Studies across Kerala. Designed to bring out the brightest managerial sparks across the state.

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

The events are open to UG & PG students of any stream from affiliated/autonomous colleges.  There is no limitation to the number of participants from a college (subject to event restrictions on team strength event wise) , but a student can participate in a single event only.  The students participating as a team for an event should be from the same college and only one member (preferably the team leader) shall register for the whole team. The registration fee is Rs. 200/- per participant for individual events . For team events, the total amount shall be paid irrespective of the number of participants.  Online registration closes on August 12th 2023 at 7.30pm . Once registered, team-reorganization is not allowed and the fee will not be refunded. Fest ID tags will be issued to all registrants from the registration counter. It must be worn throughout the event .  All the participants are required to produce their college ID card and an authorization letter signed by HOD with college /Department seal and shall produce copy /original of the same as and when requested. Entry to Christ College (Autonomous) is restricted and only students with ID cards will be permitted campus due to security reasons . Game instructions and other relevant information shall be communicated to the participants via the registered mobile number/email ID. Hence it is the sole responsibility of the participants to provide the correct email Id/ phone number during registration.  The participants are expected to report to the venue at least 15 minutes prior of the start of the event. Any delay or failure to do so will result in the cancellation of registration.  The decision of Judges/Game Leads shall be final and binding.  Network facilities will not be provided for any event; You should have your own network.  Assistance for accommodation at participants risk will be provided on need basis only and based on information in writing at the time of registration. Organizer's involvement is restricted to advisory and assistance only . Organizer's reserve the right to cancel any or all events if minimum no. of participants are not available or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or Act of God or on the instructions of College Authorities/Staff Advisor/Discipline Committee.
