The department of Hindi, Mercy College Palakkad conducted a seminar on the topic- importance of translation in life in connection with World Hindi Day celebration .
The seminar inaugurated by Prof.Sr.Adria, the former Head of the department,Hindi, Mercy College Palakkad. Presidential Address was done by Principal, Dr.Sr.Jorry.T.F, Mercy College Palakkad. Hindi Magazine "Aalok 2024" was released on this occasion. by Principal Dr.Sr.Jorry T.F. The seminar on Translation was taken by our chief guest Sri.Dr.Balasubramaniam.C , Associate professor, Department of Hindi, Government Victoria College, Palakkad. The department held a inter collegiate and HSS level Quiz competition based on Hindi Language and Literature. Students from 6 various Colleges were participated and Prizes also awarded for the winners.
