A Visit to Asha Bhavan by Department of English, St. Thomas College (Autonomous) Thrissur

A Visit to Asha Bhavan( Deaf & Dumb Higher Secondary School, Padavarad, Thrissur. PG students from the Department of English, St Thomas College, Thrissur made a Social Extension Visit to Asha Bhavan( School for Deaf & Dumb students) at Padavarad, Thrissur on 1st February, 2024.

PG students interacted with the inmates of Ashabhavan through sign language and also performed dances, songs etc by both the teams. They also distributed study materials and sweets to inmates of Ashabhavan. Vice Principal Rev. Sr. Tesmy FCC welcomed all and the tutors of MA students Mr. Bibin Joseph and Dr. Viju MJ extended vote of thanks to authorities of the deaf and dumb school for providing a social awareness to our students as part of their Social Extension Program.
