The Department of Hotel Management at Naipunnya College achieved a remarkable feat on November 8, 2023, by creating a universal record with a spectacular display of culinary expertise.
They crafted a stunning spectacle by producing a 10 ft longest ten varieties of Chicken Tikka, Simultaneously breaking a record of stretching an impressive ten meters longest chicken tikka.
The event was graced by an impressive assembly of culinary enthusiasts, including celebrity chefs, local panchayat and ward members, and renowned food bloggers. Among the notable attendees were Angamaly Member of Parliament Shri.Benny Brahman, MLA Angamaly Shri Roji Mullanmadakkal, Mr. John A. E, the General Manager of Bolgatty Palace and Island Resorts, Mr Joji, LSGD.Adding to the star-studded lineup was the celebrated Chef Nallen Shine, who joined in the festivities to witness this gastronomic marvel.
The Executive Director and Principal of Naipunnya College, Reverend Father Dr. Paulachan KJ, and the Vice Principal of Campus Management, Professor Robert Fernandez, along with other members of the college's management team, graced the occasion with their presence.
