SNEHARAMAM PROJECT - NSS UNITS 20 & 49 -CHRIST COLLEGE (AUTONOMOUS) IRINJALAKUDA

Sneharamam is a collaborative effort led by the Government of Kerala, Suchitwa Mission, and the National Service Scheme, aimed at identifying overlooked locations and enhancing their aesthetic appeal. Participating in this initiative, Christ College (Autonomous) Irinjalakuda NSS Units 20 & 49 took on the task of beautifying the College Girls Hostel front part. 

Using recycled materials such as tyres, bottles, bamboo etc., the volunteers transformed the space into a visually pleasing environment and planted flowering plants. Alongside these efforts, volunteers adorned the hostel walls with creative drawings and established a charming garden.

The project was successfully completed by the dedicated volunteers by January second week. Their commitment to improving the local environment and fostering community pride serves as an inspiring example of civic engagement and environmental stewardship.
